A 55 min session held via Zoom. Whether you have access to Pilates apparatus, are traveling, or have only a mat and props, I lead you through a tailored session that can be done from anywhere

In Home Session

If you are in the NYC area I can travel to your home and offer privates, duets, or group sessions

Duet Sessions

A 55 min session for two. Grab a partner and I will lead you both through a session focusing on each of your goals
